REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of field experience in a supervisory role in new construction and rehabilitation of apartments, assisted living facilities, warehouses, etc.
Must understand superintendents roles in order to assist superintendent in overseeing the jobsite and aid superintendent as needed
Must understand and follow safety rules & procedures & follow OSHA requirements
Must have experience with scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Must possess skills to assist in maintaining new and existing subcontractors
Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Interacts with personnel effectively to facilitate job progress
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Stable job history is a must
EDUCATION:
College degree or military experience is preferred, but not necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
