We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Duties:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling and verifying entries - Assist with tax preparation and filing - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors - Prepare documentation for audits or financial reviews - Assist with financial report writing and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software (e.
