Specific duties performed by the incumbent will vary depending upon the facility and/or department within the Company.
Daily, receives assigned work orders to complete on equipment Performs scheduled PMs and visually inspects and test machinery and equipment for proper functionality May be required to requisition parts as needed Performs repairs on production machines and/or equipment when a malfunction is detected.
May discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems and repair the machine Carry out diagnosis and correct or replace malfunctioning electronic units Carry out diagnosis and ensure replacement of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and machines Performs machine installations/moves and building maintenance task as needed Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment Ensures a high level of safety is adhered to at all times on and off the production floor Must promote teamwork by assisting in all areas as needs arise or as directed Educational Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must possess strong communication High School diploma or GED Lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 lbs.
