Job Details
  • BSIE or BS and equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Continuous Process Improvement with

demonstrated success.
  • Experience and capability to mentor others utilizing continuous improvement tools

(e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Standard Work, 3S, Pull Systems, 1
piece flow, 8 types of waste, kanban implementation, line balance, OEE, SMED,
brainstorming).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and statistical software packages

such as Minitab.
  • Technical experience and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement events.
  • Work independent with little or no supervision.
  • Experience in statistical and mathematical analysis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
