REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 years of construction project management in new construction and rehabilitation of multi-family, apartments, assisted living facilities, warehouses, HUD projects, etc.
Must have experience managing teams of CMs /Superintendents
Must understand all aspects of construction management in order to oversee the jobsite and assist the project manager as needed
Must understand and follow safety rules & procedures & follow OSHA requirements
Must have experience with scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Must possess skills to maintain new and existing subcontractors
Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Interacts with personnel effectively to facilitate job progress
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Must be able to travel, if needed
Stable job history is a must
EDUCATION:
College Degree or military experience is preferred
