Job Description:
Automotive industry manufacturing company looking for a Senior Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt. The Quality Engineer Is responsible for leading Six Sigma projects, including project selection and coaching. Position requires hands-on approach to problem solving and outstanding problem solving skills, including multi-variable data analysis, DoE, SPC, etc. Must be capable of leading problem solving teams throughout the plant, in various departments.
Develops and maintains project plans and presentations.
Is responsible for managing multiple projects at the same time.
Provides coaching for other Six Sigma Blackbelts and Greenbelts.
Coordinates external training for continuous improvement purposes.
Compiles, writes and delivers training material upon completion of projects.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. DMAIC
and/or DFSS Blackbelt. ASQ Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred.
Bottom Line Requirements:
